1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, and how it is protected while using the FastTrack mobile application (the "App") developed and provided by Kerem Cebi. This policy also provides information about your rights under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

In this policy, unless otherwise stated, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Kerem Cebi.

2. Data We Collect

2.1 Data Stored on Your Device (Local)

The following data is stored only on your device and is not sent to any server:

• Fast start and end times
• Fasting durations and history
• Weight tracking records
• Daily water intake data
• Fasting plan preferences
• Eating window settings
• In-app preferences (theme, unit, language)

2.2 Data Collected by Third Parties

In-app purchases are processed through Apple App Store infrastructure. During these transactions, Apple's own privacy policy applies. Kerem Cebi does not have access to your payment information.

3. Processing of Health-Related Data

Data such as fasting durations, weight, and water intake may be considered sensitive personal data under KVKK. This data is processed only on your device; it is not shared with third parties, sold, or used for advertising. Information and fasting stages presented in the app do not constitute medical advice.

4. Analytics and Tracking

Kerem Cebi does not use any usage analytics, crash reporting tools, or third-party tracking SDKs in the App. No data about how you use the app is transmitted to a server.

5. Data Security

Your data is stored in your device's local storage. Your lock-screen security is the most important way to maintain physical data security. Data sharing with others is not available inside the app.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

All your data is retained until you remove the app from your device. You can permanently delete all local data from Settings > "Delete All Data" in the app. Deleted data cannot be recovered.

7. Children's Privacy

The App provided by Kerem Cebi is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you are a parent or legal guardian and become aware that your child is using the app, please contact us.

8. Your Rights Under KVKK / GDPR

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right of access: Learn what data is processed about you
• Right to rectification: Request correction of inaccurate data
• Right to erasure: Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Right to restrict processing: Request processing to be limited in specific cases
• Right to object: Object to data processing
• Right to data portability: Transfer your data to another service

Because your data is stored locally on your device, most of these rights can be exercised directly inside the app.

9. Changes to This Policy

Kerem Cebi may update this privacy policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced via in-app notice or on this page. Your continued use of the app means you accept the current policy.
